Hi I'm Andy!
I have always been into fitness in one form or another, mainly through sport in my younger years playing football, badminton and distance running. However, I did lack confidence due to my small frame and decided I was going to change this and began to attend the gym -striving to build muscle.
Since then I have achieved my goals and gained 10 years of practical gym experience as well as life experience. I served in the Police Force for 6 years balancing long shift working hours and eating at unsociable times, while still maintaining my passion for fitness and improving my physique.
My aim is to now support you to achieve your fitness goals and improve your overall confidence. I understand first hand how feeling healthy and having body confidence can completely change your mindset and be transferable into other aspects of your life.
